Shipping process
What happens after my order?
Your item will be prepared by our staff in our warehouse in Dormagen and securely packaged depending on size and weight. We then hand over the goods to the shipping service provider (parcel service or freight carrier).
Delivery via Parcel Service (up to 40 kg)
The parcel service will inform you by email about the delivery day and time window and delivers to your front door. You can track your shipment on the GLS website using the tracking number from the email: gls-group.eu.
Delivery via Freight Carrier (over 40 kg, to Curbside)
The freight carrier will arrange a fixed delivery date by email or phone (often via an appointment portal). Curbside delivery: The freight carrier delivers to the unloading point on the street or in front of the house. You must handle transport into the building yourself.

Inspect Package & Transport Damage
The outer packaging may show signs of handling during transit – this alone does not mean the item is damaged. First, check the contents. If there is actual transport damage, document it (photos, description) and contact our service team (Tel. 02133 8688812).
